In our acquisitions program, we focus on expanding our retail portfolio in markets where we currently have product as well as contiguous areas. Deals may be structured in a variety of ways to meet sellers’ needs, including tax-deferred transactions. Dispositions of non-core properties is an on-going part of our capital recycling.
We look for well-anchored neighborhood and community centers in major metropolitan areas with strong population growth and high barriers to entry.
