Overview

In our acquisitions program we focus on expanding our retail and industrial portfolios in markets where we currently have product as well as contiguous areas.  Deals may be structured in a variety of ways to meet sellers’ needs, including tax-deferred transactions.  Dispositions of non-core properties is on-going part of our capital recycling.

Retail Criteria
We look for well-anchored neighborhood and community centers in major metropolitan areas with strong population growth and high barriers to entry.  These properties can be core supermarket anchored, value added opportunities, life-style, or power centers.

Industrial Criteria
We seek Class-A and B, single and multi-tenant bulk warehouse and business distribution assets in first and second tier markets throughout the southern, eastern and western US.  We focus primarily on infill submarkets and acquire leased or under-leased properties.

The Marketplace at Seminole Towne Center is located at the corner of Rinehard Road and Central Florida Greenway in Orlando, Florida.  Sports Authority, DSW, Circuit City, Marshalls, Linens ‘N Things and other strong retailers anchor this property. Seminole Towne Center is part of five-center portfolio we purchased in September 2006.
