Neil Soskin,
Vice President / Director of Leasing

Neil Soskin is a Vice President / Director of Leasing for Weingarten Realty . He joined Weingarten in January 2002. He is directly responsible for the leasing and cash flow for twenty-four shopping centers located in Northern and Southern California totaling 3.3 million square feet.

Mr. Soskin has enjoyed over 20 years in the real estate industry. His experiences include: VP of Real Estate, SCORE! Educational Center; several years of leasing representation of major malls with the Taubman Company, Independent representation of several retail tenants and development of several hotels.

He has been actively involved with International Council of Shopping Centers since 1987. Neil has taken on many leadership roles within the Jewish Community including his synagogue’s Board of Trustees and the Regional Board of Directors for AIPAC. He also enjoys coaching youth soccer and baseball with his children.
