Miles Sanchez,
Vice President / Director, Mountain Region

Miles is Vice President / Director, Mountain Region for Weingarten Realty. He is responsible for over 70 shopping centers consisting of more than 9.5 million square feet. He is actively involved in the existing asset portfolio as well as anchor tenant leasing, acquisitions, new development and redevelopment efforts.

Miles joined Weingarten in 1995 as a leasing agent and has been promoted to various positions within the company. Following a short period in which he pursued other interests in real estate, he rejoined the company in 2010 in his current position.

Prior to joining Weingarten, Miles was a broker at CB Commercial. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
