Frank Rollow,
Regional Vice President, Property Management

Frank has been with Weingarten Realty for over 26 years and is currently the Regional Vice President of Property Management. In his role, Frank oversees all Property Management responsibilities within the Eastern Region, consisting of both wholly-owned and joint venture properties.

Prior to joining Weingarten, Frank was a Senior Manager for Foley's Department Store in Houston, Texas. His retail background has provided a unique benefit in communicating with merchants across the Eastern region.

Frank earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and has earned both his Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designations. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and The Institute of Real Estate Management.
