Greg Lotzar,
Vice President / Regional Leasing Director

Mr. Lotzar is responsible for the overall management and leasing of Weingarten's retail properties in the Southern Florida Region.  He is also involved in the acquisition process including site selection, lease assumptions and due diligence.

Prior to joining Weingarten Realty, Greg was a Retail Leasing Executive with Swerdlow Real Estate Group where he was responsible for the leasing of over 3 million square feet of retail space. 

He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
