Kelly Landwermeyer,
Vice President, Industrial Properties

Mr. Landwermeyer's current role includes managing all aspects of Weingarten Realty's Industrial portfolio across the U.S.  He is responsible for acquisitions, development, dispositions, asset management and joint venture/third party business.

Kelly joined Weingarten Realty in 1997 as a Leasing Executive and his roles have included Senior Leasing Executive, Regional Director, Senior Director and Vice President of Houston Industrial properties before being promoted Industrial department head in 2008.  Prior to Weingarten Realty, he worked in Trammell Crow's Houston Industrial Division for 3 years and before entering the real estate industry, Kelly worked for Exxon Chemical Company and Shell Oil Company.

Kelly holds a Bachelors of Business Adminstration degree from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University.  He has served on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of NAIOP (National Assocation of Industrial and Office Properties) where he chaired several committees including Broker of the Year, Membership and Communications.  He also served on the Greater Houston Partnership's Business Issues Advisory Committee.  Kelly is a Developer Associate member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors).  He also supports numerous local and national charities.
