Joe Kazen,
Divisional Vice President

Joe joined WRI in May 2008 as Vice President / New Development Operations.

Joe is responsible for all operational aspects of New Development, with particular focus on process development and management, resources management, and operational planning.  Additionally, he provides WRI Senior management with advisory support in the field of strategic business planning.

Joe began his professional career with ExxonMobil Corporation where he served in a number of senior operational and project management positions.  Joe left in 2000 to pursue a successful venture in Management Consulting.

Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated the ability to implement systematic process based operational management systems in a variety of both domestic and international industries.  Results include clarity of focus on strategic objectives, optimal use of resources, increased adaptation of best practices and reduction in overall operating costs.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science, Aerospace Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
