Jenny Hyun,
Divisional Vice President / Associate General Counsel

Jenny is Divisional Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Weingarten Realty.  Her responsibilities include managing the Litigation and Bankruptcy Division of the Legal Department.

Jenny joined Weingarten Realty as Associate Counsel in June 2001 to lead the Litigation and Bankruptcy Division of the Legal Department.  Jenny was promoted to Vice President/Associate General Counsel in March 2009.

Before Jenny joined Weingarten Realty, she practiced litigation/bankruptcy law in Houston, Texas with Sheinfield, Maley & Kay, P.C.

Jenny received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Rice University in 1989 and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1993.

Jenny is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
