Alan Houston,
Area Vice President, Leasing

Alan is Vice President / Regional Leasing Director, based in the Phoenix, Arizona office and responsible for managing the leasing of approximately 6,000,000 square feet of Weingarten properties in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.  In addition, he is involved in new development, redevelopment and acquisition decisions within the region. 

Joining Weingarten in 1996 as a Leasing Executive in the Houston office, he was promoted to Associate Director of Leasing before relocating to the Phoenix office in 2006.  Prior to joining Weingarten, Alan worked in Austin with such firms as Grubb & Ellis and Trammell Crow Company.  He holds a bachelors degree in finance and real estate from the University of Texas at Austin.
