Robin Hilliard,
Area Vice President, Leasing

Robin Hilliard is Area Vice President of Leasing, based in Raleigh, North Carolina and is the asset manager, responsible for approximately 3 million square feet of Weingarten Realty properties located in North Carolina and South Carolina. She is an integral part of acquisitions, redevelopment and new developments. Robin was a key component in the growth of the region. She joined Weingarten Realty in 2001 as a leasing executive and was promoted to Vice President in 2007.

Robin has been in the retail real estate industry for over 25 years. Prior to Weingarten Realty, she was the Director of Real Estate for Blockbuster in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. She was President of C.C. Ward Associates, specializing in tenant representation and retail leasing. 

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Relations. Since 1981, she has held an active North Carolina real estate broker’s license. Robin is a founding member of the Dogwood Chapter of the National Charity League, a mother/daughter philanthropic organization, in Raleigh, NC.
