Bill Goeke,
Senior Vice President, Property Management

Bill is currently Senior Vice President of Weingarten Realty Investors (WRI). In his role, Bill is responsible for JV Asset Management, Property Management, Risk Management and Security. Bill is also the point of contact for third party management and leasing services.

Bill joined WRI in 2004 and has over thirty years of real estate experience. Prior to joining WRI, Bill was Senior Vice President / Director for PM Realty Group, L.P. In this role, he was responsible for all leasing, property management, construction, engineering and business development for PM Realty Group's Central Region.

Bill earned his BBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University. He is accredited as a Certified Property Manager (CPM), is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, Urban Land Institute and the CCIM Institute.
