Alan Ferguson,
Vice President / Regional Leasing Director

Alan Ferguson is Vice President/Regional Leasing Director for Weingarten Realty. He is responsible for the Northern Florida Region.

Alan has over 15 years experience in leasing and managing retail shopping centers. Prior to joining Weingarten, Alan served as Vice President of Leasing for the Southwest Region of the U.S. for New Plan Excel, where he was responsible for a six state area comprising of 115 shopping centers totaling approximately 13 million square feet of retail space.

Alan graduated from Rice University with degrees in managerial studies and political science and obtained a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers where he is an active member.
